Important Updates on How The Ahh Spa is Responding to the Coronavirus

We understand it is a stressful time for many of our clients. You need us more than ever, and we are here for you. We are putting several precautionary measures in place and making your health and our staff's health our utmost priority.

We want to assure you we have strict daily protocols for cleaning and sanitizing our spa as part of our regular operation. We are adding additional precautions and feel confident in providing you a clean, well-maintained spa.


In view of the Novel Coronavirus situation, The Ahh Spa is taking the following precautionary measures: 

Increase frequency of hand washing with anti-bacterial soap and/or disinfecting with hand sanitizer before and after seeing every client.

 (We already have strict protocols for this process as part of our regular operation)

Regular communication and training for staff on following CDC guidelines for businesses working with the public during the outbreak 

Removing and/or regularly sanitizing shared items such as shared neck wraps, linens, cookie platter, pens, clipboards, etc. for public use

Increase frequency of cleaning and disinfecting all workstations, all treatment rooms and all public areas after each client

We always keep a clean and safe environment including washing and disinfecting all linens, tools, equipment, door knobs, hard surfaces and public areas (bathrooms, waiting areas, treatment rooms, checkout counter, floors, furniture, supplies as part of our daily sanitation procedures)

Working with staff if they or their family members are sick and need to stay home.


What We Ask of You

To ensure the safety and well-being of our staff and customers, we ask clients who are sick, have been sick in the last two weeks or have close family members who are sick to reschedule your appointments to a later date.

Please do not bring anyone with you to your appointment if they are not also getting a service.

We understand it is a stressful time, and we will be flexible with you. We ask you call us to cancel or reschedule as soon as you can. By rescheduling your appointments, you are contributing to the health of our Ahh Spa community and our community at large. We appreciate you for doing so! 


Reservations

In order to obtain your desired appointment, we recommend scheduling your appointment as far in advance as possible. Prepayment is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. Gift Certificates may also be used in lieu of a credit card.

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. Your service begins at the time scheduled. 

We send email confirmations and text message reminders 48 hours before your appointment time.

Please no cell phone use in the spa.  We ask you turn your cell phones on silent during your services and take phone calls outside of the spa.

Reservations

Easily book your appointments online from our website theahhspa.com. Online bookings require a pre-payment using credit, debit or electronic gift card number. You can easily reschedule or cancel your pre-paid appointment anytime prior to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time without affecting your payment.  Simply change or cancel while in your account on our website or by calling us at 678-343-3585 If you cancel or reschedule, an automatic credit will be placed on your account to use anytime or we can issue a refund anytime.


Cancellation Policy

Our spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa's scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. 

Any cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours of notice or no-show appointments are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to 100% of the cost of the scheduled service.  We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy to ensure you receive the best service possible. We appreciate your understanding. 

When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies. All services require prepayment to guarantee a reservation so please have your credit card and/or gift certificate ready when booking.

We cannot receive text or email cancellations, please call 678-343-3585 to make changes to your appointment. 


Gift certificates are considered like cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen and are non-refundable.  All gift certificates expire 1 year from the date of purchase regardless if the expiration date is listed on the card or not.

Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed for cash. Ther are no refunds or exchanges for gift cards.

Gift cards can only be redeemed at The Ahh Spa location.

Discounts, coupons & new client specials are not valid on gift certificates. 

Occasionally we do put gift certificates on special.  We honor the special price for the life of the certificate (1 year) if it is purchased during the promotion. 

There are no refunds or exchanges on merchandise purchased with a gift card.

If a gift card is used to hold an appointment, and you miss your appointment or do not reschedule before our 24 hour window, you will forfeit your gift card. Please see our cancellation policy for more details.

Gift Certificates


Retail items purchased are non-refundable unless damaged or defective. We will gladly Exchange a product if you are not happy with it if it is returned within 10 days of purchase.

Pre-payment is needed for any retail special orders. No refunds or exchanges on special orders. 

Retail Products


Children under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian sign for them before receiving services. Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian in the treatment room the entire length of the service. 

Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and cannot be left unattended in the spa.
